How can I access the site and be able to take the certificate(s) ?

The site contains a lot of protected materials, in addition to that, the site offers a lot of services that requires your personal information. Hence, all users are required to sign up before using the site.

What happens if I forget my password, how I can retrieve it ?

You can get your password sent to your email using our customized page. Below the Login and SignUp buttons in the main web page, click on "Forgot your password ?" link. In that page you have to enter your email, and fill a text field with the text shown in the random created image above it. your password will be sent automatically to your email that you have registered to the site with it.
